Kathleen Miller, President of Insight Workforce Solutions, an HR Consulting firm. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional, speaker and trainer with extensive experience in compliance, organizational structure, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development and HR program development. Kathleen collaborates with companies to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions leading to achievement of its goals.
Kathleen has a proven track record of success in various HR roles exceling in small business, non-profits and behavioral and health care industries. Her expertise lies in organizational culture and development, policy development, workflows, change management, performance management, and risk management programs, quality assurance, and investigations. She is dedicated to promoting positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
In addition to her professional roles, Kathleen is a Business Coach and Adjunct Instructor at Alverno College, where she delivers course content, and provides academic and business support to students. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on General Management and Human Resources from Bryant & Stratton College.
Kathleen is a member of SHRM, (Society of Human Resources Management), AIHR (ASHHRA, (American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration).
