The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome you as a member. If at any time you have a question on this application, please call (414) 768-5845 or e-mail info@southsuburbanchamber.com.
Your annual membership is in effect for 12 months. Annual dues are based on the number of full-time equivalent employees.
Example:
5 full-time employees + 4 part-time employees = 7 full-time equivalent employees.
Separate business locations under the same name are treated as separate business memberships. The Chamber cannot combine multiple locations under one business name.
