Member Application
The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome you as a member. If at any time you have a question on this application, please call (414) 768-5844 or e-mail info@southsuburbanchamber.com.
Your annual membership is in effect for 12 months. Annual dues are based on the number of full-time equivalent employees.
Example:
5 full-time employees + 4 part-time employees = 7 full-time equivalent employees.
Separate business locations under the same name are treated as separate business memberships. The Chamber cannot combine multiple locations under one business name.
Please note, that your mailing address will be available for other members of the Chamber for request. Your physical address and phone number will be visible on the Chamber's website. If you do not wish it to be visible- please contact us at info@southsuburbanchamber.com.
