Part Time Bookkeeper 20/25 hours per week - Oak Creek Community Center

Position Description:  Looking for an individual who has previous bookkeeping experience and who can oversee the Center’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll - monitor employee hours and run bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Customer Invoices – create, send and apply payments
  • Payment for Vendor Invoices and record accurately
  • Submit monthly sales tax returns
  • Complete the cash bags for each event
  • Reconcile Credit Cards sales on the square after each event
  • Annual audits for workers comp insurance
  • Gather year end data for accountants such as 1099-NEC, W02G, etc
  • Create Profit Loss statement after each event
  • Produce a monthly financial report for the board
  • Gather additional data that may be requested by the Board Treasurer
